Payments are made at the time of purchase utilizing either the Pay Pal or credit card options. We are eager to start on the orders when they come in, so as soon as we see that it is paid, we will begin work on items in the order received.
We will do our best to complete orders rapidly and efficiently. We will ship all orders via USPS to keep shipping costs low to our customers. We can not be responsible for delays, damages or losses made by the USPS. We have no control over that aspect of the transaction once we have dropped it at the post office.
RETURN - EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want all our customers to be satisfied with our products and will do our best to correct any mistakes or defects with prompt returns or exchanges. Returns are accepted if we have made a clear mistake in your order (mailed the wrong item or wrong quantity). Exchanges will be made for manufacturer defective products. Please feel free to email us if you have any concerns about your purchase.
We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact us directly via email for shipping anywhere outside of the US and we will give you the best shipping quote we can find. We don't want to just list a flat rate shipping cost for outside the US because that can either be unfair to the customer (too high) or unfair to us (not enought to cover shipping costs). Therefore this method is far more efficient. Any extra fees from customs are always the responsibility of the BUYER. Our shop is not responsible for any unforeseen customs related charges or delays.
HOLIDAY RUSH (Father's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.)
Please understand that during holidays the shipping time may be longer due to a back up of orders. If this becomes the case, we will update our policies here as well as on our shop announcement so that all customers have a clear understanding of the expected time frames.
